my son is locked out of his phone because he cannot access his apple id? Was told at the apple store yesterday that if I submit proof of purchase of the phone that you can send an email for us to reset his apple id. His recovery email is his icloud. so we are unable to access that email. He has also forgot his security questions...It's just a mess..
