Hello,
I forgot my Apple ID password and requested for a password reset yesterday which I was given a time duration of 24hours, now 24hours is complete and the duration has been increased to 13days. This is very inconvenient for me because I need to setup my phone. Kindly look into this issue as soon as possible.
