My husband is the "family organizer" of our family sharing and we would like to transfer the power to me or at least let me be able to approve or help to manage our kids requests and phone settings etc. Is there a way to do this?

While you can change organizer this may be a lot more hassle than what you actually need because it involves disbanding one family (with added complications if there are children) and then creating it again.
