How to re-connect XboxOne Wireless Controller to iPhone?

If my Xbox Controller is already paired, but I disconnected it beforehand after using it, how do I reconnect it again without forgetting the device (Xbox Wireless Controller) and pairing it again? Or is there a way to do that? Already tried pressing and holding the pair button on my controller after tapping the Xbox Wireless Controller on Bluetooth (not the i one, I just tapped on where it says Not Connected). I'm also running iOS 14.7 on an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Thank you in advance.

Hi there hangiezoe,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. To clarify, are you having difficulties getting your Xbox controller to pair with your iPhone again after disconnecting it from your device? We see you came from a helpful support article regarding pairing this device. In the bottom section of the article it states that if your controller is not connecting or pairing as expected, you will need to fully unpair it and then pair it again.

Since your Xbox controller is in pairing mode but not connecting with your device, you will likely have to fully unpair and re-pair your controller when you're wanting to use it with your iPhone by following the steps in the support article.

Take care.
