Belkin lightning audio charge rockstar query

Sometime I need to make call using the 3.5 mm jack ear piece and charge phone at the same time. I found out belkin lightning audio + charge rockstar can meet my need. However I read online a lot of review and comment saying it cannot made audio call when charging, is this true?

Am I able to use non-Apple headphones with an adapter for calls? I have an iPhone 12 I recently purchased. I don't want to use bluetooth headphones so I purchased an adapter so I can use headphones with a 3.5 mm plug. I can hear videos and music with the headphones, but the audio for calls does not come through the headphones. How can I fix this?

Hello Amos1267,

It sounds like you want to use the Belkin Rockstar adapter to charge and listing to audio at the same time. We understand how important this is to you and we are here to help.

According to Belkin's website you can listen to audio while charging, but they didn't specify if it works the same way with phone calls. More information can be found here: Lightning Audio + Charge RockStar
