Strange blue symbol

theres a weird blue symbol in the left corner but only on 1 app?

Get help during an emergency I have what I assume is an update notification on Get help during an emergency but I cant push it it does nothing. Software is up to date. 14 pro max. has red dot on setting icon on main screen and red circle with a 1 inside it on settings screen. how do I remove it?

It looks like the AirPlay symbol. It's cut off in the image.
