I was given a used iPad. I was not an Apple user. I reset it to factory reset. Tried to start as new.
English, U. S., chose wifi network.
It says a school district will finish the setup and asks for credentials to the district I don't have.
I can't go back to the very beginning screen offering how to setup. What to do?

That ipad is useless as it is manage by the school using MDM.
That iPad is totally useless to you.
You'll never get that iPad to ever work for you.
