How do I keep my family from seeing my data
If I’m family sharing is there anyway I can keep people from seeing it on my phone all the times??

Do you mean your purchases (those are not "data")?
Hide App Store purchases -- https://support.apple.com/HT201322 --> "If you use Family Sharing and hide apps, the apps will also be hidden from your family members."
Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - https://support.apple.com/HT208167 - "Hiding your purchases hides them from all devices that are signed in with the same Apple ID and from the members of your Family Sharing group." Hiding them means they will not show in your available downloads list but they will still appear in your purchase history. Has to be done on a computer through iTunes.
Data are only available if you specifically chose to share them.
