I have an Android phone and the person I am trying to send texts to only provided me their email. I am trying to send texts via email to this person's iPad on the Messages app, but they told me that they received my texts in their email account and not on their Messages app. Is there anything they need to set up so they can see my texts on the Messages app in their iPad?

It appears you're wondering how you are able to send a text message to someone who is using iMessages on their iPad with the Messages app. The recipient would need to be able to receive SMS messages on their iPad to be able to receive those or you would need to use iMessage with an Apple device.
