Disable window drag move?

Macbook Pro, 11.5.1 OS.

Some application window will move slightly upon a single click on its title bar (or any of the tab headers in it), this is quite annoying when the window is maximized (but not in fullscreen mode), and needs time to realign.

Can we disable single-finger window drag entirely (system-wide) or for a specific window? Or can we have an option to make some windows not movable?

MacBook Pro (2020 and later)
