Iphone 7 Plus keeps dimming screen

Hi so my Iphone 7 Plus keeps like dimming the screen but my brightness is on max and auto-brightness is not turned on and I don't have true tone. So why is it doing that?

Please check the following

Do you have Scheduled Night Shift On in your iPhone?
Which level have you set your Color Temperature to?
Manually enable Until Tomorrow [Enabled]
Are you under the bright sunlight?

I do have night shift turned on to change at certain times (10pm-6:30am) but i only did that recently and it has been doing this for ages.
Colour temperature is on More Warm.
I don't know what you mean by that
I was inside when it was doing it earlier, it just does it randomly during the day though.
