Facetime and Imessage

I cannot turn on facetime or imessage in my phone. Its always selects my apple ID for activation where as it should be my phone number

My IMessage and Facetime are linking to my email address and I can't choose my phone number as it shows "waiting for activation" it has been 3 days since the switch and I have turned off IMessage, FaceTime and turned back on. iMessage and Facetime i go to messages on settings and it’s saying waiting for activation we have a mobile number and everything so why won’t it do it? FaceTime won’t let us log in on the actual FaceTime app why? the photos below say it all?? Won’t let us log in with the Apple ID either

Hello, iam still facing the same issue after all the steps that was told me previously. Any other way to do?
