You may want to reset the printing system to begin with. Does the operating system suggest a suitable driver?

Have you tried the (10/02/20) MG2900 series CUPS Printer Driver Ver.16.40.1.0 (Mac) and ICA Driver Ver. 4.1.3a (Mac) found under macOS Big Sur v11 (not macOS 11)?
