My Bluetooth turns on automatically. I know this is not normal, a bug perhaps?

If you turn it on in control center it turn on again after 24hours
if ou wish to turn it off go into settings-Bluetooth and turn it off there

Not necessarily abnormal. I would normally expect Bluetooth to be enabled on an iPad unless there is a specific reason to disable it (e.g., Airplane Mode or to disconnect hearing aids).
Does it turn itself on repeatedly after you turn it off, or do you just find it on when you start the iPad?
No, everything is off per article. Still turned itself on.
