Apple+ tv

I subscribed to Apple+ TV via the one free year from Verizon, but my Sony Bravia tv does not recognize the subscription. What can I do? It keeps telling me to subscribe.

Be sure to first redeem the offer on your new eligible Apple device. Once you have the subscription, the Apple TV+ service is available on any of your devices, when signed in with the same Apple ID account.

With the Apple TV app installed on your smart TV, users will need to sign in to the Apple TV app, through the in-app Settings, with the Apple ID account that has the subscription.
