Apple TV app not recognizing subscription on Samsung tv

The Samsung tv comes with Apple TV app but when signed in it doesn’t recognize any subscriptions so not Apple to watch any Apple shows/movies

Verify that you signed in with the Apple ID account that has the Apple TV+ subscription or iTunes Store movie/​TV show purchases. The account has to match.
