iphone out of date and it’s on ios 14.7.1
Apple watch series 6 won’t pair with iphone 11. it requires newer version of ios but the phone is on IOS 14.7.1. why?

Prepare the watch so the buyer can use it.
If they can't or won't then get your money back or recycle the watch and put it down to experience.
