Can I leave my Apple Watch on wireless charger always when not in use?

Hi!

I am using wireless charger to charge my iPhone, AirPods Pro and Apple Watch.

Something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Wireless-Charging-GEEKERA-Charger-Qi-Certified/dp/B083S8418Z/ref=sr_1_8?dchild=1&keywords=charging+stand+for+apple+watch+and+iphone+and+airpods&qid=1629227443&sr=8-8

When I am charging iPhone charger show led on while charging and then it goes off when iPhone is fully charged.

But for Apple Watch light never goes off. Even when they are 100% charged. And when I put on my watch, they seems to be a little bit warm.

  1. Is it safe for battery to leave Apple Watch on charger all night long?
  2. Is it good idea in general to charge all my devices with wireless charger?
  3. What device is the best for wireless charging?

Apple Watch Series 6, watchOS 8
