My Disk App
How do I get all my files, photos and videos from the "My Disk" app when the app is no longer in the apple store. I still have the app on my phone and a back up with the app on there from a year ago. Nothing happens when I tap the app.

The responsibility to make sure app is available in the store and that it is compatible with latest release of iOS software is on the app developer. You would need to contact the app developer for help.
