my iphone is disabled and it wont connect to my itunes so i can reset the whole phone what should i do

Try another USB port, another cable, another computer. If still no go, bring it to nearest Apple Retail Store or Authorised Service Provider.

I’ve tried all of that you can hear it connect to the laptop but won’t show up on iTunes
