M1 Macs - Bluetooth Sound Input Issues

There is a lot of conversation on the internet about bluetooth issues on MACs with M1 chip. My major problem is with bluetooth microphones/headphones (AirPods and other brands). My voice becomes choppy many times. Some times take minutes, sometimes seconds to happen again. The choppy input runs for a few seconds and come back to normal. Connection is never lost. Not only on video conference but also on recordings or any recording or video conferencing software. Most of the time, I use the Voice Memo app to make tests. I found out that turning wifi off makes the mic work properly. I made dozens of tests that confirmed that. On the listening side, everything working 100%. The issue is only on bluetooth sound input. At the end, all that I wanted to know is if anybody ran thru this issue and have solve it. I'm using a Mac Mini 2020 with the M1 chip running Big Sur 11.5.2. And using Apple's bluetooth mouse and Keyboard (both work 100%). Thanks.
