M1 Big Sur Parallels Desktop 17 and Microsoft SQL Server

I can run Windows ARM in Parallels Desktop 17 on a Mac M1 running Big Sur.

Has anyone been able to install Windows SQL Server on Windows ARM - with the above setup?

Maybe a question for Microsoft. SQL Server and Windows are both Microsoft products.
