1) After editing my picture on Photos and Click 'DONE' to finish.
2) Those picture is turned to black in the library.
3) If I 'Undo Edit', original picture came back.
Do you know why?
Even I've done factory reset at Apple Store, but it is still same problem.

If you need ExFAT to transfer files to a PC, create a second volume on the external drive with MacOS Extended (Journaled) or APFS to store your Photos Library. A Photos Library simply needs to be on a drive with a compatible file system format - ExFAT is fine for single files on a Mac, but not for packages like photo libraries. The internal links and database references may break on an incompatible file system.

Where is your library stored? Is your library managed or referenced?
Try to start in Safe Mode
Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support
Create a new library and import a few pictures. Does the same thing happen?
Create a new user and create a new library, import a few photos, does the same thing happen?
What format is the external drive.
It needs to be APFS, or MacOS extended (journalled). It should have the "ignore ownership" checkbox checked. Your new library may be working now, but it may stop working again if it is on an incorrect format (eg ExFAT)

Are these raw files.
What happens if you try to edit them again, after revert to original. Do they then work?
The system library is the one that will sync with iCloud.

I tried both, but same problem for both JPG and Raw.
Repetition of same problem again and again.
