My weather keeps showing loading data but it doesn’t load

Please start by deleting the weather app from the watch: Delete apps from your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Then restart both the Apple Watch and companion iPhone:

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Then, re-add the weather app to your Apple Watch: Download apps on your Apple Watch - Apple Support
