Apple Pay is not working for NCB Mada Card

We have implemented the Apple Pay solution in our apps and its working fine for different cards in Saudia Arabia. But we had facing issue with one of the Bank card to authorise for payment that is National Commercial Bank (NCB) Mada Card. And the error it was showing is "Payment Not Completed".
