I cant backup my disabled iphone 4
I cant backup my disabled iphone 4 because there is no backup option, only update or restore and every time I try to update its says phone cant be updated, what am I supposed to do?

You restore the phone. Backups should be done on a regular basis and not in time of crisis.
How do you expect to backup a device that isn't working.
