I bought a brand new iphone 11 on 14th aug 2021 and the screen started flickering then and there so I submitted the phone to a apple authorised service centre on 16 aug 2021…. my question is will i get a replacement??? the phone is brand new I couldn’t even use it for 1 day

Either a new or refurbished unit. There is no way to tell which it is. Personally I would have suggested you return your iPhone to where you purchased it, get a refund, and then purchase a new one.
If they find the phone to be defective they will send you a service replacement unit.
