I made a custom voicemail a couple of years ago when i was on a Android phone, i want to change it because its pretty outdated. but i miss the greeting option in the top left corner, and yes my voicemail is already set up. I only have the “call voicemail” option

If you see call voicemail option that means your line isn't provisioned by your phone carrier to use Visual Voicemail. Rectify the issue by contacting them.
