how can i tell if im hacked?? plus seems like my ex knows everything i do,or search,watch on my i phone!! how do people link themselves to a phone?? im not very good with all this !! so please help t u !!

Unless someone physically had your phone in their possession while it was unlocked your phone was not hacked. But anyone who knows your Apple ID and password can see the contents of what you sync to iCloud.
If you think it was hacked restore the phone to factory settings and set it up as a new phone, without restoring a backup→Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
And if your Apple ID may have been hacked read this→If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support
And note that spying on someone is a felony. If you have evidence of spying contact the police.
