look in HomePod settings. Open the Home App - Long press on the HomePod icon to bring up settings, scroll down to the gear icon, tap that, scroll to Primary User - Apple ID - sign out then sign back in
Otherwise in the home app - little home icon - Home settings- your photo - check everything you wish yo use is enabled
