Apple HomePod keeps saying somethings wrong with your account but after 3 days I can't find anything wrong

After changing my Apple ID my apple home pod will not respond and just keeps saying theres something wrong with your account or check the home app but this just leads to nothing after three days now I believe Ive just about tried everything many times

iPhone XR, iOS 14

You likely need to sign out of your Apple ID in the Home app then sign in again, or reset the HomePod so it is set up correctly with the changed Apple ID.
