I upgraded to 50 GB of storage, but it is only on my phone not my iPad? Do I have to upgrade on each device or can I share?

An iCloud subscription is tied to the iCloud account, thus AppleID used with iCloud. As long as you’re using the same AppleID with iCloud on all your devices, the extra storage will be available on all.
