Both of my HomePods have just received OTA updates (according to the logs) and now neither of them will respond to Siri requests to play anything. They just responds with “I couldn’t find that on Apple Music”.
The only command that works is play something I’d like.
I experienced a similar problem earlier in the year but it was fixed as mysteriously as it appeared. Is anyone else experiencing this problem again?
It seems to have solved itself overnight, but just to say I did try a restart and tried physically power cycling them, it made no difference. But they’re working again this morning.

Restart HomePod:
Open the Home App - Long press on the HomePod icon to bring up settings, scroll down to the gear icon, tap that, scroll to the bottom to Reset HomePod - then select Restart HomePod
