screen time not showing all devices

I have an iPhone 8, iPad Air 3, and 2017 MacBook Air. I have them all signed in under my own Apple ID. I have enable 'Share across devices' on all of them. All are updated to current Apple software.

Problem I have is that all 3 devices show different things under which devices they are showing screen time for. The iPad just shows itself, the MacBook shows the iPad and itself, the iPhone shows itself and the iPad! I've signed out of Apple ID and restarted each device--most times getting a different combination of which device show what under the screen time share devices area.

Is there an order of operations as to what I should be restarting--signing in to in order to get all three devices showing the same thing?!

I apologize if this info is out there, however I could not find any pertinent info in a search of this topic. Technical help would be appreciated.
