iPhone 11 Max Pro taking grainy video

It's been crazy that no matter what the lighting outside is, my videos are grainy with my iPhone 11 Max Pro. And I mostly bought this phone for its camera, photo and video features! It is so frustrating, if it is something to do with this model Apple should resolve this issue.

Hi ozgejourno,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with your video quality on your iPhone 11 Max Pro. We'd like to help.

Does this issue only happen when you're using the video function? Does it affect both the forward facing and rear facing cameras? See if the tips here help: If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working

Let us know how that goes.

Take care!

Dear ColleenD1,

It happens even if I use rear facing camera in daylight with 1080p HD 60 fps. It looks good on the mobile, but when you zoom in to the video or when I upload it to my computer to edit, I can see that it is grainy especially when it comes to the dark colours. I did not realise that problem beforehand, but recently for the last couple of months it really affects my job. As I use my phone to film while I am making videos for my job (I am a journalist), it has been becoming problematic for my editing process. I cannot send a video from here, but I'd like you to send you one and you'd get it immediately.
