Can’t get the water drop or the breathe symbol off my Apple watch

I have tried resetting my watch to get it to reset but the little blue water drop symbol won’t go away. When pressing the side button it says Turn Digital Crown to unlock and eject water. Really do not know what that means. It’s keeping me from unlocking my Apple Watch
