iOS 14.7 update kicked me out of wifi both at home and at work.

I went to an Apple store where they tried to 'restore' my phone. But they couldn't and said it was the Apple network. I'm leaving on a trip tomorrow. Any suggestions? I'm using an iPhone 7+.

Hi whittybk,

Thanks for reaching out using Apple Support Communities. Here to help.

Can you explain a bit further what you mean when you say you have been kicked out of WiFi? Are you able to turn Wi-Fi on in Settings > Wi-Fi? Are you able to connect to any Wi-Fi networks?

We would suggest taking a look over the steps in this next article. If you're having trouble, let us know at what step you are having trouble with. For example, are you receiving any error messages when trying to connect?

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network

Hope this helps! Let us know if we can assist further.

Take care for now.
