MSOffice 365 Activation

I am failing to install office 365 personal in my macbook air. Each time I try to activate, a window popps up saying "No Network". What is solution?

Hi,

Try to check your firewall setting, if it sets ON, try to it OFF and see if you can activate it.

Firewall is located at System Preferences > Security & Privacy.

Thanks, my firewall is already off and no luck with the activation.
