How do I reset my Apple TV when zoom is on and I can’t access my settings

Use Zoom to magnify the image on Apple TV - Apple Support
You may have accidentally activated it with the Accessibility Shortcut (triple click Menu/Back). Use the shortcut again to return to unmagnified view. You can de-activate the Accessibility Shortcut by assigning no actions to it (remove all checkmarks).
In zoomed view, you can pan using the clickpad or touch surface, with a drag motion, or click the edges to move the focus in that direction.
