How do I shut off my Activation Lock on my iWatch for setting it up to my new phone? I have a new Apple ID too. My watch does not recognize the Apple ID either.

Watch Activation lock I got permanently locked out of my Apple ID that is associated with my watch. I am unable to remove the activation lock on my watch so I am having trouble pairing it with my new iPhone and Apple ID. How do I fix this?

cannot turn off activation lock I gave my apple watch to my friend. My friend tried to reset the watch, when he wanted to pair it with his iphone, the watch says there is an activation lock. I checked both icloud and apple id, I couldn't find the applewatch in the list. What can I do to transfer it to my friend without the activation lock?
