How do i get all my stuff off my iPhone 11 Pro?

My facial recognition became disabled the other day and 20 minutes later, the touch part of my screen became unresponsive. How do I get all my stuff off my other phone? I just switched over to a replacement.

iPhone 13 I'm considering buying a second hand iPhone 13... However, the face id, back and front cameras are no longer working after the screen was apparently replaced on the phone. Is this fixable and how much would it cost?
