AirPods and dizziness

Maybe a different question than usual.

I bought a pair of AirPod Pro delivered on the 4th August. To be honest I don’t know if it started before that date but of late I’ve become aware of feeling dizzy. Now I know that dizziness and a light head can cause ringing or other sounds in your ears (tinnitus)  I haven’t got ringing in my ear but I’m wondering if this is a common complaint with earbuds of whatever type.

Now don’t get me wrong I’m not after a diagnosis but just wondering if this issue crops up regularly if it does then I would seriously consider returning them to Amazon, I have to the 3rd Sept to make up my mind

I responded to someone in this community who was concerned about tinnitus - which I also had - after using earpods and recommended they not use them anymore and my post was deleted by Apple and they sent me an email confirming that my "language was inappropriate." now i understand why this community has not had any new posts for 6 months.
