AirPods and dizziness

Maybe a different question than usual.

I bought a pair of AirPod Pro delivered on the 4th August. To be honest I don’t know if it started before that date but of late I’ve become aware of feeling dizzy. Now I know that dizziness and a light head can cause ringing or other sounds in your ears (tinnitus)  I haven’t got ringing in my ear but I’m wondering if this is a common complaint with earbuds of whatever type.

Now don’t get me wrong I’m not after a diagnosis but just wondering if this issue crops up regularly if it does then I would seriously consider returning them to Amazon, I have to the 3rd Sept to make up my mind
