Apple Watch, and ID
What do I do if my Apple Watch is still paired to my old iPhone and I can’t get into it? And I forgot my password to my iCloud and when I go to reset my password it says it can’t find my Apple ID ?

Barring that you have 2 choices without your Apple Id and passcode.
1) Go though the step and try and get the Activation lock removed, but this is a long shot

2) Scrap the watch as it is useless with the activation lock on it.
