I forgot my Apple Id and Password and want to sign in, in my Apple Watch Series 4.
My previous phone was connected to that watch and now I have a new phone, that phone was destroyed.
So how do I set up my Apple Watch with my iPhone 12 as I have forgot my Apple Id and password.
