Why are certain features restricted on the iWatch

I am really disappointed at Apple for not including the ECG feature in my region(Africa) why put the feature in the watch and restrict my region from using I don’t want to think Apple is a racist company or are you? Are you saying your product is not meant for the region or we are not worth having the ECG feature? I find these very offensive and I think you have to review that option. We are humans too and deserve to enjoy everything in that watch as any other person. Please do the needful. Thanks

Your country's health authority MUST certify ECG use in your country.

Did you ask why your health authority not following the 100 countries in this list below?

My government has to certify? I am confused, has apple approached our government asking them to certify such and it hasn’t been certified? You are a business entity you are selling a product, are you not the one who is to push for your goods to be certified? You are the one looking for customers here. Certify the use of ECG in my country you say, interesting! I wonder how we check the rhythm of the heart over here🤔

I still don't get it but it's fine. I still think it's something Apple has to look into, I haven't read any article that says my government refuses to approve the use of Apple ECG application I stand to be corrected, approval or no approval we should be able to enjoy every application that comes with the device, customer satisfaction I believe that's the goal of every company
