Iphone - how to turn off auto speaker when answering

My iphone automatically shows "Speaker" when answering or making a call.

I then press Speaker to turn it off and continue the call..

Need to obviously fix something in "Settings to stop it coming up automatically but cant find it.

Any help would be appreciated thanks. ( I'm not very Tech minded)

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Call Audio Routing. Ensure that "Automatic" is selected.

Adjust touch settings on iPhone
