My Mac book stays at internet recovery and is stuck on there. I’ve tried everything online nothing works. I’ve even called my provider for my internet as it keeps saying no connection due to my internet. Is there anyone that can help me on this? I’ve spoken to advisor but here in Nz we are on lockdown and won’t be able to go instore anytime done

You can always force a shut down...if you are stuck
Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac - Apple ...
then reboot as normal—where does this leave you?
Reboot into Safe Boot mode to clear system caches as an alternative
