Macbook air 2020 intel stuck in Internet Recovery Mode

At first, the speaker didn’t work, so I tried to use the Internet Recovery Mode to downgrade the macos version. I followed an instruction online and used “shift+option+cmd+R” while booting. However, the computer turn to this screen immediately. I can’t connect to any wifi network as the wheel just keeps rotating forever, nor restart the computer, despite pressing the power button like 20s or more. Please help me. Thank you very much
