iPhone 12 Pro Camera Spot

Hi there, I was wondering is someone could tell me what’s going on with my camera or if there’s a defect or what’s going on. I keep having a weird black spot up here, as can be seen in this photo in the lower left-hand corner. I have already seen other questions about this one and I’m concerned, and it’s extremely annoying when taking photos. I’ve had no water contact and have avoided any strong lights and direct sunlight. Please advise, thanks.
