Spots on camera image

Till yesterday I had no issue with my iphone 11 ’s camera. But when I tried to take a photo today, I saw two small black spots on the image taken using camera. I checked and I can see these spots while using the camera to take images. Im attaching a photo here, please help.

Try cleaning the camera lens with Isopropyl Alcohol and a microfibre cloth.

If you spot scratches on the lens, get it repaired by Apple.
